    By accessing or using the RDH-AI website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services.

    2. Description of Service

    RDH-AI provides AI-powered receptionist services tailored for service businesses, including but not limited to dental offices, auto body shops, and contractors. Our services include 24/7 call answering, appointment booking, FAQ handling, and missed call text-back capabilities.

    3. Setup and Implementation

    Upon sign-up, we require accurate information about your business to configure your custom AI receptionist. We aim to have your system live within 48 hours of receiving all necessary onboarding materials. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.

    4. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments

    RDH-AI services are billed on a month-to-month subscription basis at $297/month, with an initial $499 setup fee (unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.

    5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. Setup fees are non-refundable once the AI configuration process has begun.

    6. Communications and Compliance

    By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us via email, phone, and SMS. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our AI receptionist complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including telemarketing and recording regulations (e.g., TCPA).

    7. Limitation of Liability

    RDH-AI strives for high accuracy, but we do not guarantee that the AI will perfectly handle every possible caller scenario. We shall not be held liable for any lost revenue, missed appointments, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
